Dr. Daniel Cohen is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Montague Dental in Turners Falls and Hospital Dental Associates in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Dr. Cohen is a native of Cliffside Park, New Jersey and obtained his undergraduate degree in Medical Technology from Rutger’s University and The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He went on to Boston University’s Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry to obtain his professional degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine; and continued is post-doctoral education and training General Practice and Hospital Dentistry at the University of Connecticut and St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford Connecticut.
Dr. Cohen has worked with esteemed clinicians for over 10 years; at Tufts University’s School of Dental Medicine providing specialized dental care for developmentally and mentally disabled individuals.
In addition to maintaining a full time practice; Dr. Cohen has continued his professional development; and has recently received a Master’s Degree in Dental Public Health. Dr. Cohen has worked with local and international communities to improve oral health. He is the dental health consultant for Franklin County’s Parent-Child Developmental Center and maintains professional memberships in the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society and the American Association of Public Health Dentistry.
